Sean MacDougall joined Eastward in 2024.
He assists Eastward’s Investment Partners with preparing memos and compiling information on prospective and existing portfolio companies throughout the deal process. Before joining Eastward, Sean began his career as a portfolio analyst on Pacific Western Bank’s New England Technology team in Boston and later worked on its East Coast Technology originations group as a venture banker. Sean graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in three years with a BS in Managerial Economics and a minor in Mathematics before earning his MS in Finance from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business.
